Denver Lofts and Condos

Urban planners in Denver certainly did a number of things right.  There is an incredible biking and trail system throughout the city.  The Theater district in the heart of downtown puts your seat to Broadway Shows, Dance, Opera, and even Improv Comedy all within a few blocks.  But compared to most other cities, Denver scored an A+ in keeping their sporting events convenient for Denver condo and loft residents. 

That become a cornerstone for the many amenities of the Downtown Denver lifestyle.  Today the rebounding Broncos are filling up Invesco field, the Nuggets and Avalanche are kicking off their promising seasons, and the Rockies just wrapped up an admirable drive to the series.  The thrill of the game for Denver is all within a few city blocks.  No other city may claim to have such a centrally planned powerhouse of fun and excitement for its residents.  And many don't realize how great of an asset it is for city living.

It's about rooting on your local heroes.  It's about connecting and laughing with friends as you share the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.  And it's about an experience and sharing it with your friends, neighbors, and in part the entire city. 

The experience is about walking out your front door and walking with friends to the ballpark, stadium or rink and settling into your seat for a personal experience.  It's about sharing a hot dog, a beverage, and cheer.  Denver residents might follow this experience with more celebration (or commiserating, we don't always win) while sharing dinner at any of the fabulous downtown restaurants or a beverage at one of the many Denver pubs.
